Services Being Offered
The various activities of the department are teaching, able patient care service delivery and
research. We
provide comprehensive diagnostic services with emphasis on accuracy, precision and prompt
reporting to both
indoor and outdoor patients, thereby helping the clinicians in proper patient management. The
department has
been upgraded to provide enhanced diagnostic facilities for patient and for postgraduate
training and research.
Quality Control
The Department of Pathology participates in external quality assurance program (EQAS) for
hematology, on a
regular basis, in collaboration with AIIMS New Delhi by which our lab results are being compared
using the same
methodologies, instruments and reagents. With internal quality control and EQAS added confidence
in patient test
